Lean Event
Hendrick Manufacturing’s latest Lean Event focused on one of our Hydraulic Stamping Press. Our Team made significant headway in reducing set-up time by 72%. This lean focus has organized and used a color coding system to make this machine user friendly, so anyone can set-up this Press Brake. Because of this focus productivity has increased significantly!
